Seal Tester: fast and accurate inline testing
The seal tester non-destructively checks the integrity of sealed packs in continuous operation. This allows you to objectively ensure and document the integrity of all packages.

The seal tester applies a controlled mechanical pressure to each individual pack and checks its resilience.
A test pad is positioned onto the package with a predefined pressure for a set period of time to check seal integrity. The pack and its contents are completely undamaged.
Defective packs can optionally be ejected or can be reported as defective to downstream line elements.
