MR233 EF: Optimal labelling of flow packs


The MR233 EF inline labeller has been specifically designed for labelling film on flow pack machines.
The labeller is mounted at the side of the flow pack machine and can also be used with additional printing units.

This is how the MR233 EF works:
During labelling the labels are positioned on a transport belt at right angles to the take-off direction of the film.
When the film is advanced, the labels are then detached from the belt by a special press-on unit and applied to the film with full surface contact.
The lateral position of the labeller and the application of labels at right angles to the direction of film travel provide optimal accessibility.
The compact design allows for the use of additional printing systems and easy film roll change on the flow pack machine.


MR233 EF labellers are available for both vertical and horizontal flow pack machines.

MULTIVAC inline labellers are operated via an integrated graphic display with a 9-key membrane keypad.
The easy-to-read menu structure organised by control function makes for quick and easy change-over to alternative products or labels.
Menu access is controlled by means of password-protected operator levels.
Messages and parameter names are displayed in plain text in the appropriate local language.
The hygienic stainless steel housing (IP65/NEMA-4) comes as standard.
