MR223 PA: Perfect labelling in synchronized lines

MR223 inline labellers can be integrated seamlessly into existing lines in which products are labelled while stationary.
They offer flexible and reliable top, bottom, side or front labelling.

"Excellent" in every way

  • High degree of flexibility
  • Short setup times
  • Maximum precision
  • Superb adaptability

A choice of applicators makes MR223 inline labellers the ideal solution for any labeling task:

  • The pneumatic applicator PA dispenses labels quickly and accurately onto the stationary product.
  • The precision applicator PP labels even awkward materials accurately and with very low tolerances.
  • The applicator DA "blows" labels at right angles to or parallel with the direction of travel of the conveyor belt, without touching the product.

A wide range of options makes MULTIVAC inline labelers the perfect solution for your individual requirements:

  • Roll-end detection
  • Roll-end early warning
  • Powered backing strip winding
  • Mechanical, capacitive or ultrasonic label sensor
  • Additional printing systems (hot foil, inkjet, thermal transfer printer)
  • Matching printer accessories

MULTIVAC inline labellers are operated via an integrated graphic display with a 9-key membrane keypad.
The easy-to-read menu structure organised by control function makes for quick and change-over to alternative products or labels.
