Multivac Line Control: order control and traceability

The central Multivac Line Control (MLC) is used for end-to-end coordination of your packaging line.

The MLC guarantees fast, accurate, reproducible and transparent processes and is easy to use. It can also be used for networking and transferring production data to your organizational and data structures.

The Multivac Line Control allows every packaging line parameter to be monitored, recorded and evaluated. It offers a wide range of functions, including:

coordination of all line components
product tracing
connection to manufacturing execution systems (MES)
product handling / conversion
connection to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for order management and to systems for the recording of machine and operating data
