MULTIVAC UK - History
MULTIVAC UK was established in Swindon in 1985 with a skilled and experienced team, mainly originating from two MULTIVAC Agencies which had served the UK and Ireland market since the 60s. The Company now employs 84 people, including 22 regionally based Service Engineers and a comprehensive service and support team in Swindon.
Swindon is also the base for our in-house Training Centre for a wide variety of Operator and Engineering Staff Training Courses and our Innovation Centre where a variety of packaging equipment is available for packaging trials, demonstrations and development work.

Beginning with a small vacuum chamber packaging machine designed and built by founder Sepp Haggenmüller in his garage in 1961, MULTIVAC today is a privately owned multinational corporation serving clients in more than 140 countries around the world.
The pre-eminent authority in thermoform packaging machines, MULTIVAC sells more of these systems than all of our competitors combined. Building on our packaging expertise over the decades, MULTIVAC is proud to set and continually raise the standards in hygienic design, performance and value for every category of machinery we build: thermoformers, vacuum chamber machines, tray sealers and labelling systems.
