Spare Parts Department Manager
Use your commercial acumen and logistics expertise to drive the profitability of our spare parts department.
The role
Logistics and supply management roles don’t usually come with a sales and strategic development aspect - but this one does.
You will not only manage your team to ensure a fast-response supply of machinery parts, but also use your analytical skills to evaluate performance and find ways to enhance profitability. Innovative and entrepreneurial in your approach, you will work in partnership with other departments to maximise business opportunities while motivating your team to achieve demanding targets.
The requirement
Commercially astute and graduate calibre, you will bring experience of managing budgets and leading and developing people within a logistics or warehouse management role. Skilled in analysing data to formulate plans and using SAP and other IT applications, you will also have a proven track record of sales. Your strong customer service ethic will make you stand out.
